With New Facility, Desert King® Increases Quillaja Extract Production Capacity by 60%
Desert King®, a global leader in the development and production of scientific solutions derived from the Chilean endemic tree Quillaja saponaria Mol., is expanding its operations with a new production plant located in the Valparaíso Region of Chile. This expansion reinforces the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the responsible supply of Quillaja saponin products at a global scale.
The new facility marks a key milestone in Desert King’s growth strategy, increasing its liquid Quillaja extract production capacity by 60%. These saponin-based products serve essential industries including human food, animal health, cosmetics, mining, and agriculture. This added capacity will allow Desert King to respond more efficiently to the rising global demand for science-based solutions derived from Quillaja and will unlock new opportunities for market expansion.
